PRINCIPAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role is responsible for HR Operations, Onboarding, New Hire Orientation, Human Resource Information Systems, Payroll, Employee Benefits, employee relations, statutory compliance, policy implementation, health and safety services programs and company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives. Human Resource Executive specializes in creating, updating, and applying HR policies and ensures process adherence to standards and regulations. • Onboarding Documentation, New Hire Orientation, and administers hiring processes of new employees. • Maintains & records employee attendance, Time & Attendance management & payroll inputs. • Liasoning with Insurance agencies/companies. • Coordinating the Coaching and Development Process across the levels • Issuing Salary revision letters, confirmation letters, Appraisal letters and experience letters. • Managing HRIS (Updating of employee records, position titles/ Grade etc.) in HRIS tool Policy implementation / admi ...
