ModSquad has partnered with a prominent higher education client that supplies educational products, services, and solutions to colleges and universities nationwide.
This fully remote position offers you the chance to join our team, where you’ll respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, chats, and SMS messages.
Hours of Operation:
Monday - Sunday: 4 AM - 7 PM PT
Commitment:
Self-schedule 15 hours per week.
60-day commitment (as needed)
What are we looking for?
• Candidates with strong customer support experience.
• Candidates with moderate technical knowledge and basic trouble-shooting skills.
• Candidates who are personal, and are able to embody 'the spirit' of the College / University
• Candidates who pay attention to the details and can multitask between applications with ease.
• Zendesk experience is a huge plus!

• Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
• 16 GB RAM
• Internet speed: 50+ MBPS
