We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team for weekend shifts (Friday to Sunday).
Our store operates in the dropshipping e-commerce space, and we expect a high level of professionalism, independence, and critical thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via Reamaze (live chat and email).
- Create and manage draft orders inside Shopify.
- Track and update customer service KPIs using Google Sheets.
- Communicate directly with suppliers to follow up on orders and prevent shipping delays.
- Use ParcelPanel to monitor tracking information and keep customers proactively informed.
- Manage returns, refunds, and escalations independently and professionally.
- Collaborate with the team through Slack.
- Leverage ChatGPT to improve responses, templates, and workflow efficiency.
