Role Description
This role involves managing employee exits for Remote's external employees with a focus on legal compliance and providing delightful customer service. The Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions is also responsible for:
• Providing first-level Employee Relations support, guiding clients through workplace concerns.
• Contributing to process improvements and initiatives in line with Remote's strategic goals and values.
• Influencing and negotiating positive outcomes in complex terminations.
• Managing and resolving end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
• Providing sound guidance on various HR matters, ensuring legal compliance and best practices.
• Drafting and administering termination and supplementary documents with accuracy.
