Position Overview: As Underwriting & Compliance Counsel, you will play a critical leadership role supporting a multi-state title insurance company and its affiliated agencies. This role blends legal, operational, and regulatory responsibilities: you will act as a title underwriting resource, oversee compliance and licensing functions, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that the company remains in good standing with all applicable regulatory bodies.
