The Regional Director Franchise Operations & Revenue Development fosters brand equity, best in class operations, and net unit growth by consulting and supporting assigned hotels focusing on revenue performance, guest satisfaction, and brand program and standards execution. Serving as the primary face of the brand, the position develops meaningful hotel owner and operator relationships through authentic engagements.
The position is responsible for creating visible brand value for stakeholders, partnering with the hotel sales team to deliver booked business and viable sales leads by conducting in-market sales calls and marketing events. The position consults and educates hotel owner and operators on effective sales and operational best practices to influence revenue growth.
