Duties and Responsibilities
• Inspect facilities, equipment, products or production lines to ensure food is prepared according to safety regulations and situational health section.
• Perform analytical tests, inspections, and monitoring of incoming raw materials/packaging and finished goods for specification compliance.
• Analyze possible reasons for product defects and quality lapses.
• Analyze possible reasons into process deviations and for product defects and quality lapses.
• Assist in monitoring and updating existing HACCP, SOP, and QA programs, procedures, and document control programs.
• Record and analyze statistical data and recommended modifications, or suggested new standards, methods and procedures.
• Implement quality assurance programs that effectively monitor product manufacturing compliance with GMP's, SOP's and HACCP.
