Join us on this exciting journey, and let’s create, grow, and monetize—together! Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and resourceful PIXEL Creator Talent Scout to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for discovering, assessing, and recruiting emerging and established content creators across various platforms. This person will play a key role in growing our creator network by identifying individuals who align with our brand and values, nurturing relationships, and driving partnership opportunities. Key Responsibilities: ● Talent Discovery: ○ Actively research and identify up-and-coming and established content creatorsacross platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, and emergingsocial media channels. ○ Stay on top of content trends, industry news, and new platform developments. ● Relationship Building: ○ Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, acting as the primary point of contact during recruitment and onboarding. ○ Foster long-term partnerships by understanding creators’ goals and aligning them with company opportunities. ● Assessment & Recruitment: ○ Evaluate creators based on content quality, engagement metrics, and alignmentwith our brand identity and target audience. ○ Coordinate interviews and assessments with the internal partnerships andcontent teams. ● Collaboration: ○ Work closely with marketing, events, and product teams to create unique partnership opportunities for creators. ○ Provide input on event participation, sponsored campaigns, and creator-led initiatives. ● Data Tracking & Reporting: ○ Maintain a database of potential and onboarded creators, tracking keyperformance metrics and partnership outcomes. ○ Provide reports on talent acquisition efforts and creator performance. Requirements: ● 2+ years of experience in talent scouting, influencer marketing, or a related field. ● Strong understanding of content creation platforms, trends, and the creator economy. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to assess content quality and creator engagement metrics. ● Proven experience building and nurturing professional relationships. ● Self-starter with a proactive approach to discovering and engaging with talent. ● Passion for digital content, entertainment, and community building. ● Your own PC/Laptop to work ● Internet connection (Work from home) Preferred Qualifications: ● Experience working with content creators in gaming, podcasts, or niche communities. ● Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and tools. ● Background in event planning or campaign management is a plus.What We Offer: ● Opportunity to work with a vibrant community of creators ● Flexible work environment ● Permanent work from home with 1 day/week on-site requirement Job Type: Fixed term Contract length: 5 months Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month Benefits: • Company events • Flexible schedule • Flextime • Promotion to permanent employee • Work from home Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Day shift • Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 02/03/2025
