About the Role We are seeking a skilled Marketing Data Analyst with a passion for data-driven decision-making and a knack for transforming complex datasets into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have experience in Python, SQL Server, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager, and familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and speech analytics tools. This role involves supporting the marketing team in optimizing performance, leveraging NLP techniques, and creating impactful data visualizations. Key Responsibilities • Data Analysis & Insights Analyze and interpret structured and unstructured data, including customer behavior, campaign performance, and market trends, to support data-driven decision-making. • SEO Support Assist in SEO optimization efforts, focusing on data-related aspects to enhance website performance and user engagement. • Dashboard Creation Collaborate with data engineering teams to design and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel, ensuring clear, actionable visualizations. • NLP & Speech Analytics (Bonus Skill) Leverage NLP techniques and speech analytics tools to extract valuable insights from customer interactions and conversations. • Campaign Analysis Use tools like Google Ads and Google Tag Manager to evaluate campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies. • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align insights with business goals and improve operational efficiency. • Project Support Contribute to marketing analytics projects, ensuring they align with AppFront's strategic roadmap and drive measurable outcomes. Qualifications • Experience: • Minimum of 2–3 years in marketing data analysis or a related field, with a strong focus on analytics tools and consumer behavior analysis. • Hands-on experience with Python, SQL Server, and data visualization platforms. • Technical Expertise: • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads. • Experience with visualization tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel. • Familiarity with speech analytics platforms (e.g., NICE, CallMiner) and NLP techniques for unstructured data analysis. • Soft Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences. • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills • Knowledge of pipeline tools such as DBT and Airflow. • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. • Familiarity with RAG techniques for enhancing real-time decision-making.
