Responsibilities: Amazon: • Manage day-to-day Amazon operations, including adding new product variations, ensuring accurate listings, and handling customer support interactions. • Monitor policy warnings, compliance issues, and Amazon Account Health, addressing flagged issues proactively. • Manage FBA shipments from creation to processing, ensuring timely communication with fulfillment partners. • Maintain inventory health by managing restock reports, monitoring inbound performance, and resolving stranded inventory. • Handle case management for Buy Box issues, listings, trademark violations, and shipment discrepancies. • Set up and manage promotions, coupons, advertising campaigns, Subscribe & Save, and Prime Day/Cyber Monday initiatives. • Utilize tools like Helium10, Shipfusion, Perpetua, and Amazon Seller Central for listing management, pricing, and campaign optimization. • Manage feedback and customer review processes, including removal requests and addressing complaints. Overall / Shopify and DTC • Review and refine SOPs for inventory management, campaign execution, and issue resolution. • Monitor inventory updates across platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Shipfusion), investigating and resolving discrepancies. • Set up products in Shipfusion and ensure seamless synchronization with Amazon and Shopify. • Manage shipment tracking and resolve issues across Amazon and Shipfusion to maintain smooth operations. • Oversee product data synchronization and ensure PDPs (product detail pages) on Amazon and Shopify are optimized and current. • Conduct product page testing and implement updates to improve conversion rates. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners (e.g., Shipfusion) to streamline fulfillment and campaign processes. • Support promotional planning, execution, and post-event analysis. • Handle ad hoc projects for Shopify, DTC, TradeDesk, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and inventory processes. Reporting: • Generate regular performance reports (e.g., sales, inventory health, ad metrics) especially when sales are low. • Maintain and update key dashboards, including: • Sales by ASIN and Repeat Purchase Dashboards. • Profit & Loss and Forecast Reports. • Conduct daily checks on inventory and sales across Amazon and DTC platforms. Process: • Develop and maintain day-to-day processes for consistent execution of Amazon tasks and project boards (e.g., Asana, Airtable), maximize the platform. • Ensure regular communication and updates with stakeholders regarding campaign status, issues, and metrics. • Continuously optimize processes by identifying gaps and recommending improvements • Creating SOPs based on training videos • Shipfusion - Connect shipments to Amazon QUALIFICATIONS: • 2-5 years of relevant experience in Amazon operations, e-commerce, or digital marketing, with a proven track record in managing product listings, campaigns, and inventory. • Amazon Seller Central: Proven experience managing day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central, including product listing management, inventory control, FBA shipments, and compliance monitoring. • Familiarity with E-commerce and other tools like Google Ads, Shopify, Bing Ads, and reporting software (e.g., TradeDesk). • Strong Organizational Skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.
