This is a remote position.
What to Expect
• Assisting new or existing Virtual Care Provider patients in a friendly courteous manner when processing requests for consultations with on-staff available physicians
• Assisting Virtual Care Provider patients to reset their login/passwords, troubleshoot their Virtual Care Provider client profile and mobile app, and if need be, escalate to create a ticket in their proprietary system.
• Making callbacks using the outbound procedure when required by client or patient as a follow up.
• Customer Service Agents will need to be very familiar with HIPAA and other applicable healthcare laws and regulations.
