The ideal candidate is an innovator with strong digital instincts, and experience with licensing business models. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and business development, to enhance conversion rates across all customer segments, average order value, retention, and e-commerce revenue.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
E-Commerce Strategy Development:
• Lead the overall e-commerce strategy, focusing on growth, retention, and profitability.
• Build and execute plans to optimize conversion funnels, increase conversion rates, and drive repeat purchases.
• Identify and implement new opportunities for e-commerce revenue growth through merchandising, A/B testing, UX/UI enhancements, and platform integrations.
• CRM & Customer Experience:
