We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive E-Commerce Merchandiser to manage our Shopify inventory and keep our products in stock at all times. You’ll use Shopify’s reporting tools, alongside additional inventory management applications, to run weekly reports, forecast demand, and create purchase orders (POs) for new stock based on lead times.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage inventory levels in Shopify to ensure products are always in stock.
Use Shopify reports and connected apps to run weekly stock reports.
Analyse sales trends and identify products at risk of going out of stock.
Create accurate purchase orders for suppliers, factoring in lead times, minimum order quantities, and seasonal demand.
Track incoming stock to ensure timely replenishment.
Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, lead times, and delivery dates.
Work closely with the customer service team to update availability information.
