• Audit and monitor client storefronts to ensure consistent branding, usability, and content accuracy.
• Update product listings, banners, layouts, and navigation using platform tools.
• Recommend and implement design enhancements based on UI/UX best practices.
• Ensure on-brand presentation by applying visual merchandising and clean layout principles.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align storefront updates with marketing and product goals.
• Stay updated on platform features and e-commerce best practices for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce store management, customer service, or order management
• Language Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Schedule: Must be able to work U.S. EST hours (graveyard shift in PH time)
