Responsibilities Noblis MSD is seeking a Senior Navy Maintenance and Modernization Policy and Process Professional to support NAVSEA 21A Industrial Assessments Director in the continuing Surface Sustainment Infrastructure Program (SSIP) assessment and reporting. The position can be remote or local to any Navy Homeport location or Washington D.C. maintaining regular face to face meetings at the WNY as requested by the customer. General responsibilities and tasking include: • Surface Sustainment Infrastructure Program (SSIP) related research and reporting for public shipyards, naval stations and private shipyards with a primary focus on the pacific region to include the pacific rim • Data call responses and drafting reports to include senior Navy leadership testimony and Reports To Congress (RTC) • Study and reporting on Surface Ship Maintenance capability and capacity in the public and private sector ISO 21A • Support Surface Navy, Maintenance and Modernization, infrastructure and Indu ...
