Description: • The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Online Store Program Manager will be the tactical expert who supports the day-to-day operations of the client's online business while also having hands-on expertise with e-commerce and marketing automation platforms. • You will manage and monitor the brands on the e-commerce platform and collaborate with external partners. • Use our web interface for building customer E-Commerce sites as defined in our internal project definition system (CORE). • Maintain and update existing customer E-Commerce sites based on requests received from an online ticketing request system. • Inspect landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent E-Commerce related website elements to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use. • Provide outstanding customer service and respond to email and phone inquiries from sales associates and customers. • Manage the deadlines on E-Commerce site builds and help ticket service le ...
