As the Grants & Contracts Coordinator for the Office of Sustainability and Public Health (OSPH), you will manage state and federal grant contracts that support our sustainability and public health initiatives. You’ll work closely with team members across the office to oversee every part of the grant process—from developing solicitations to closing out contracts, ensuring all administrative requirements are met along the way.
Some responsibilities include:
· Contract administration;
· Financial analysis;
· Contract and amendment review and drafting;
· Database management and development;
· Research, policy, and procedure development in all federal and state grant programs; and
· Other duties as required.
Occasional in-state travel may be required; this could include some in-state overnight travel.
