Part-Time Contact Centre Agent
Fully Remote Rate: £12.27 per hour - 20 hours per week

CCP is proud to be recruiting articulate, professional Contact Centre Agents for a fully remote, part-time opportunity supporting a busy inbound booking service. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you’ll be the first point of contact for both customers and clients – handling high call volumes and ensuring accurate, timely data entry.
Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 5pm – 8pm
• Saturdays: 8am – 1pm
(20 hours per week total)
Key Responsibilities:
• Take inbound calls as a virtual receptionist across multiple campaigns
• Handle 120+ calls daily with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
• Accurately record call details and outcomes in the CRM
• Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing
• Ensure sensitive information is handled with discretion
