Our full-service intellectual property law firm is seeking a full-time paralegal to support our trademark and IP litigation team. This position is (and will remain) fully remote. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years as a trademark paralegal and 2+ years as a litigation paralegal (specifically in federal US district courts). Experience with intellectual property litigation is significantly preferred. The candidate should be comfortable locating and understanding local rules for different federal jurisdictions. The candidate will have direct contact with clients, opposing counsel, and the court and must be able to communicate professionally and effectively.
