L’individu s’assure de créer l’échantillon, de faire les envois, de suivre les quotas et échéanciers, s’assure que les normes d’invitations (spam, qualité des listes, etc.) soient respectées. Ce rôle fait appel à des compétences en service client, de bonnes capacités relationnelles, ainsi que des connaissances techniques dans les domaines concernés.
