Well-established website and Amazon presence
Flagship product with strong brand recognition in its niche
Streamlined manufacturing and fulfillment
Low overhead, strong organic sales, and growth potential
Your role:
Evaluate and prepare the business for sale
Identify and engage qualified buyers (individuals, strategic buyers, micro-PE firms, etc.)
Guide the process through negotiation and closing
Help with documentation, valuation validation, and platform listings (e.g., Flippa, Acquire.com, etc.)
Looking for someone with a proven track record selling small online businesses, especially under $100K in valuation. Familiarity with the e-commerce and hobbyist markets is a plus.
