The Leave and Accommodation Manager is responsible for supporting associates leave and accommodation requests in compliance with FMLA, ADA, and other applicable policies. This role serves as a liaison between associates, third-party administrators, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and supportive leave experience.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
Required
· 4 year degree in Human Resources management or related fields and 4+ years' experience in benefits and absence administration, or comparable combination of education and experience
· Strong understanding of FMLA, ADA, and related employment laws
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and documentation systems
Preferred
· Experience with case management and associate relations
