Job Summary
The Renewal Sales Partner Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with our strategic partners, focusing on renewals.
You will oversee partnership performance, drive communication, manage escalations, and strategize to improve renewal retention rates across the EMEA business.
You will be responsible for driving quarterly execution of NetApp support services renewal sales pipeline via the assigned distributor and/or partner. Additionally, you would lead the successful delivery of Commercial segment renewal business through the distributor/partner model.
Job Activities
•Responsible for cultivating and maintaining trusted relationships with strategic partners on support services renewal sales and public cloud software subscriptions.
