Our client is looking for a self-motivated, resourceful, and strategic Sales and Growth Lead to join their team. This is a full-cycle sales role where you will own the entire growth engine for both the CRO agency and full-service ad agency. From crafting outbound campaigns to running sales calls and closing deals, you will be responsible for driving scalable growth across both agencies. We need someone who is not just executing but also shaping our growth strategy with creativity and agility.

Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM PST
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound & Inbound Strategy: Design and execute outbound campaigns through cold emails, LinkedIn DMs, Twitter, etc. Develop inbound marketing strategies, including lead magnets, blog strategy, and video content coordination. Use creativity and testing to determine the best outbound and inbound strategies tailored to our market.
