• Manage the revenue growth of our e-commerce business, performance of all Fellers websites
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns, leading SEO initiatives
• Analyze digital performance data, and partner with agencies and cross-functional teams
• Optimize the customer experience, improve website performance, and drive digital engagement
• Manage and prioritize site updates, enhancements, and technical functionality
• Ensure websites are optimized for performance, user experience, mobile responsiveness, and conversion
• Own Google Analytics (including GA4) setup, monitoring, and reporting across all websites
• Track and analyze key performance indicators including site traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance
• Lead SEO strategy across all websites including keyword research, content optimization
• Collaborate with internal teams and external SEO partners to ensure technical best practices are met
