E-commerce and Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-commerce and Digital Marketing Manager to manage the day to day operations of our Shopify e-commerce storefront. This is a hands-on role that requires a self starter who can manage all aspects of website management, while also leading digital marketing projects from ideation to execution. The ideal candidate has direct hands on Shopify experience, a data-driven mindset and has a passion for e-commerce and customer-centric experiences.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing the execution of marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, email marketing, SMS working alongside the creative team.
• Track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions utilizing A/B testing to optimize marketing efforts
• Responsible for managing all aspects of eCommerce traffic generation and shopper site entry, search engine marketing, paid social media, on site promotions, and affiliates
• Implement promotional strategies to boost product visibility and sales on our e-commerce platform
• Elevate go-to-market experiences: Shape the customer journey from emails and paid media channels, ensuring smooth product discovery
• Manage a marketing calendar and support the creation and deployment of assets across social media, blogs emails, and other channels.
• Manage product listings, pricing updates, and create collections that align with promotions, new products launches and seasonal strategies.
• Qualifications
• 4 to 7 years of e-commerce experience, with both strong DTC experience. B2B experience a plus*
• Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices, conversion rate optimization, and customer lifecycle management.
• Strong hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and content management systems (e.g., Shopify).
• Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a small, close-knit team.
• Miami residence preferred.

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and a track record of successful sales and revenue growth a Plus*
