POSITION SUMMARY
The CRM & Data Systems Administrator will manage and maintain Allied’s CRM and related data systems. This role requires deep platform expertise and the ability to translate data into actionable ideas and create clear, visual guidelines. The Administrator will play a key role in growing and optimizing the CRM while supporting various projects aimed at system expansion. The role will ensure the CRM is effectively utilized and up to date, assisting with integration and back-end data management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Partner with external vendors and internal IT teams to oversee CRM system expansion, align with organizational goals, manage timelines, and review technical specifications. Act as the internal point of contact, coordinating cross-department efforts to ensure seamless system upgrades.
