Project Overview:
Join an exciting long-term opportunity in the e-commerce space! This project focuses on enhancing the performance of an intelligent FAQ Bot customer service solution. You will help identify system issues, propose improvements, and evaluate responses from a full-cycle perspective.
Responsibilities:
Annotate and evaluate e-commerce-related text data
Identify issues across the system and contribute to solution analysis
Help improve the accuracy and effectiveness of an AI-powered customer service bot
Qualifications:
Native Vietnamese speaker
Currently located in European regions or in United Kingdom, Brazil, Canada, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Philippines, or Malaysia
Experience in the e-commerce and/or customer service industry preferred
QA/Quality Analyst background is a plus, not required
English proficiency: Minimum B2 level
Must have access to a laptop or desktop (Windows 10 or later, macOS, or Linux)
