This is a remote position.
Schedule:
• (40 hours a week)
• Either Monday - Friday or Weekends with 2 days off on weekdays.
• 8 AM- 5 PM (EST) includes 1h unpaid break
Responsibilities
• Provide customer service support primarily on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) with potential for expanded coverage
• Handle customer inquiries through multiple channels including email, chat, and phone support
• Manage customer service tasks using Gorgias customer service tool within Shopify
• Assist with general Shopify e-commerce related tasks and platform management
• Support customer service operations across 3-4 company websites
• Handle product-related inquiries and provide technical assistance to customers
• Perform upselling and product recommendations to enhance customer experience
• Assist with regular Shopify administrative tasks as needed
• Work within a 9-5 schedule or extended hours as business needs require
