General mission:
As a Market Assistant within the Middle East, India, and Africa (MEIA) team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Marketing, Training, and Sales teams. Reporting directly to the MEIA Managing Director, your responsibilities will include:
• Daily Project Support: Assist in various projects to enhance communication, agility, and efficiency across teams.
• Office Management: Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth office operations.
Your role is pivotal in fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Main tasks:
MARKETING
• Animations: Brief gathering: develop a comprehensive brief that consolidates all types of animations (e-com, trade, paid social, etc..) to help markets submit a well-structured brief whenever they have an animation planned.
• Visual Merchandising: Build generic planograms + repetitive EP POS support (TR gondolas).
