Job Description:
Managing online sales channels across various marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and others, optimizing product listings, pricing, and promotions, analyzing sales data to identify trends, executing marketing campaigns, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring customer satisfaction, all while reporting to the E-commerce Manager to drive overall online sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing and executing e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, logistics, and IT, to ensure smooth e-commerce processes.
