Role Description
This role involves helping business owners figure out their hiring needs and guiding them through the hiring process in a consultative manner.
• Leading Hiring Clarity Calls with prospects and existing clients
• Following up consistently with prospects and clients on open questions & next steps
• Owning outbound outreach & identifying and connecting with potential clients
• Nurturing relationships over time to keep clients engaged and supported
• Spotting opportunities for additional hires and services
• Improving and maintaining sales materials
• Testing new ideas to improve conversion
• Writing clear, personal email copy for outreach and follow-up
• Using HubSpot to manage and track activity
• Supporting the admin process when needed
• Working closely with the recruitment team for smooth client handovers
