This role is about owning client relationships end-to-end: building real rapport, providing clear guidance, keeping projects organized and moving, and treating each client’s project like it’s your own.You’ll manage around 40 active clients at a time, serving as the main liaison between them and our technical teams. You’ll guide projects tactically — staying on top of tasks, deliverables, and deadlines — and strategically — advising on scope, timelines, and the best path forward.
