Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or any related fieldAt least 1 year of relevant working experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)Proficient in Mandarin, Hokkien & Teochew – must be able to communicate with Chinese-speaking customersGood interpersonal and communication skillsBasic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, etc.)Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independentlyAble to start work immediately or with short notice is an added advantage
