In this role, you’ll help ensure that artists and their beneficiaries receive the royalties they’re entitled to. You’ll be responsible for researching and identifying the rightful recipients of royalties we’ve collected, reaching out to them, and guiding them through the process of registering with DACS so we can pay them what they’re owed. You’ll work with our databases to check for missing information, such as bank details or VAT certificates, and contact existing members to help us complete their records and make payments. You’ll also support DACS’ Collective Licensing Manager, especially during our busy annual Payback campaign which distributes £5 million each year to artists and their beneficiaries.
