We are seeking a responsive and empathetic Claims Service Representative to assist clients throughout the claims process. You’ll ensure timely communication, accurate documentation, and a smooth experience for customers managing insurance-related claims.
Responsibilities
• Guide customers through claims procedures and requirements
• Collect and verify necessary documentation
• Maintain updated records in claims management and CRM systems
• Escalate complex or urgent cases to appropriate teams
• Provide compassionate and clear communication throughout the process
Qualifications
• Experience in claims processing, insurance, or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities
• Familiarity with CRM and digital document tools
• Calm and composed under pressure
