This position is opening on Fully Commission based. Earn a competitive percentage on every confirmed sponsorship contract. The more you close, the more you earn—no cap.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect & Qualify: Identify and research potential sponsors across relevant industries, using phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking platforms.
• Pitch Value: Present tailored sponsorship packages that highlight branding, lead‑generation, and thought‑leadership benefits.
• Negotiate & Close: Drive the full sales cycle—from first contact to signed contract—maximizing deal value and meeting (or beating) revenue targets.
• Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for sponsors, ensuring deliverables (logo placement, speaking slots, booth logistics, etc.) are fulfilled. - Can be Senior Regional Manager to be incharge as well, no force.
• CRM Discipline: Keep accurate, up‑to‑date records of pipelines, calls, proposals, and closed deals.
