We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Commercial Accounts to be responsible for managing new and existing client business and leading a team of Account Coordinators. In this role, you will focus on maximizing customer satisfaction, onboarding new business accounts, streamlining internal processes, driving operational efficiency, and team development. You will be responsible for developing policy and procedures, SPO documentation, and managing strategic business relationships. Ultimately, your leadership will help diversify our service offering capabilities and growth opportunities. What You Will Do: • Work closely with the Director, Commercial Sales, and VP, Operations to oversee Commercial Vehicle business management across Canada, including working with our physical auction and digital teams. • Build a comprehensive workflow for managing and servicing customer needs across all business functions including operations, sales, IT and Marketing. • Actively contribute to the new business process; from strategic input to acting on leads generated, to turning them into tangible opportunities. • Ensure the delivery of excellent client service and satisfaction, as well as the delivery of consistent standards of excellence across the organization's largest accounts. • Devise and deploy all business development goals and objectives across the organization, including the preparation of quotas and budgets while ensuring a high level of accuracy and accountability. • Integrate and align business development strategies with available talent, processes, IT systems, and other areas to increase capability and success. • Collaborate with the executive team to develop short- and long-term strategic plans, including the preparation of annual business plans. • Provide input from sales – including growth, competitive analysis, market trends, and business environment – for strategic planning processes. • Take a hands-on approach to managing more complex projects and to solving problems as needed to support the team and accomplish objectives. • Create a high engagement team culture and promote training and growth opportunities. What You Will Need: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related industry experience. • 10+ years of direct work in auction commercial sales experience in a senior management capacity, leading business development teams. • Languages: English (required), French (an asset). • Comfortable working with large, top-tier brands, presenting to senior executives, and providing ongoing strategic guidance to clients. • Excellent grasp of brand building and articulation of value propositions. • A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills. • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers. • Demonstrated ability to lead and direct sales force. • Self-motivated, possessing a high energy level and a desire to achieve goals beyond what is required. • Understand customer needs and objectives and remain alert and responsive to changing customer needs. • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills. • Track record of forward and innovative thinking • Great collaboration and relationship-building skills. At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this full-time position is $115,000.00 - $130,000.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
