Operations Manager – fully remote

What We're Looking For We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. You should have at least 2 years of experience in similar roles. While you don’t need to have done everything listed here before, we’re seeking someone with the expertise to hit the ground running and contribute meaningfully to our team (this is not a trainee or junior position). The areas we are prioritizing for experience include: • Understanding what is important to clients. • Efficient project management and leading a team. • Delivering quality work and meeting deadlines in a remote-only environment. Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a self-starter who takes full ownership of their role. You should be proactive, creative in contributing to ongoing projects, and adept at solving problems as they arise. Strong organizational skills are a must, along with the ability to align with how the company balances its fixed offerings with client needs. We’re looking for someone who will take this role, own it, and drive progress. You’ll report directly to the CEO, and this position is focused on making meaningful progress – a core aspect of what you should value in your next role. Your schedule: This role requires you to be deeply involved in the day-to-day nuts and bolts of the business. While your schedule is your responsibility, we expect you to be highly organized and prepared for all scenarios from day one. Communicating with Clients: Meeting client needs is a cornerstone of what we do. To excel in this role, you must have exceptional people skills and a deep understanding of what matters most to our clients. Your communication should consistently meet a standard that not only satisfies but impresses our clients, ensuring high-quality delivery every week. Location: fully remote We are a remote-only company. You will be joining a small team of around ten staff, primarily based in Europe and the Americas. Our clients are currently located in the Americas and Australia. Your Responsibilities: • Manage projects and oversee a growing team of creatives, strategists, and technical implementors, ensuring alignment and timely delivery • Act as a client liaison when needed – our goal is for clients to love working with you! • Continuously optimize operations to improve efficiency and deliver outstanding results • Collaborate with the CEO to shape strategic direction and implement improvements.
