What are we looking for: MultiplyMii is in search of a Growth Partner-Enterprise who will be working with our client based inLos Angeles, California. Our client is a global e-commerce and advertising management agency. In this role, you will be shaping and delivering cutting-edge Amazon strategies to grow the clients’ Enterprise brand clients on Amazon.com. Growth Partners must become Amazon subject matter experts, corporate strategists, project managers, client advocates, and strategic salespeople. As Growth Partner, you’ll be responsible for devising Amazon growth strategies for your brands, driving the forward progression of tasks and process, and making sure deliverables are completed at or above the CML standard, in a timely manner. You’ll do this by working closely with other members of CML’s Client Services Delivery team, and other CML departments. Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional, collaborative, and an analytical team player... Additionally, someone who possesses impeccable English language communication skills in both written and verbal. This role is full time and 100% work from home. In this role, you will: • Be knowledgeable about Amazon and other ecommerce channels. You don’t need to have a PhD in Amazon, but you need to know enough to speak intelligently and think critically about 80% of client problems and opportunities. You do need to know where to go within CML for the other 20%. • Be comfortable with online collaboration tools. We work heavily in Slack, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Power BI. You’ll need to get comfortable in this environment fast. We also use project management software to ensure deliverables are completed on time, and up to standards. • Be a strong storyteller. “What unites people? Armies? Gold? Flags? Stories. There’s nothing more powerful than a good story.” -Tyrion Lannister. Storytelling is a superpower, and if it’s not yet a superpower for you, it will be after working at CML. This role isn’t about fluid, proactive communications with clients; that’s table stakes. It’s about persuading. It’s about creating plans and securing buy-in from clients and internal stakeholders. It’s about explaining the “what” AND the “so what.” • Be a relationship builder. We don’t work for companies as much as we work for people at companies. Relationships and results lead to client retention. Full stop. The former is fully within your control; the latter is controllable, but messy. Focus on what you can control. • Be a team player. Develop deep relationships within CML, and leverage those relationships to not only deliver great results for clients but also – and this is important – enjoy the journey. Work is more fun when you’re doing it with people you like and/or admire, right? Success Metrics: In this role, you’ll be measured based on: • Client progress toward quarterly and annual revenue or profit goals • Client satisfaction, as measured by client satisfaction surveys • Cross-collaboration and timeliness, as measured by Service Level Agreements (SLAs) • 360 feedback from managers and peers About You: Requirements: • 2 years of B2B strategic sales or consulting experience in comparable industries. Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required • Exceptional track record of developing, implementing, and managing business development and sales strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives, and providing personal leadership through example • Extremely effective public speaking skills and presence, with the ability to shape stories for clients • High level of knowledge and domain experience within the Amazon and/or ecommerce space • Can operate with a high degree of independence within agreed policies, targets and budgets. • Fluent in English. Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
