About the position
At EWOR, we are dedicated to empowering outstanding talents and serial entrepreneurs to build and scale their ventures. Our leadership team, comprised of accomplished serial entrepreneurs, has a proven track record of success, having built and exited seven companies, including notable exits of $1.2 billion with Adjust and $500 million with ProGlove. We have also established the largest global entrepreneurship society for individuals under 26, known as Sigma, and have made over 150 private angel investments. Our mission is to invest up to $150,000 in multiple founders, enabling them to draw a salary while preparing for substantial funding rounds during or after our Fellowship program. This investment is crucial for supporting the initial stages of startup development, fostering growth and innovation in the entrepreneurial landscape. Our program has seen remarkable success, with one of our fellows setting a record for Europe's largest pre-seed round by a first-time founder, securing a $12 million pre-seed investment. For those who prefer a more traditional employment structure, we are open to directly employing you with a wage alternative. As a participant in our program, you will have the opportunity to build and run your own startup in fields such as E-Commerce. You will go through 20 comprehensive courses covering essential topics from team building to no-code prototyping, as well as preparing for venture capital rounds.
