Job Summary: The Director of Finance and Administration will oversee the financial and administrative functions of The New Press, reporting to the Executive Director and part-time CFO. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution to ensure financial health, operational efficiency, and effective infrastructure management. The Director will lead a small team and collaborate across departments to support budgeting, reporting, systems integration, and office operations. They will work closely with the senior leadership team and the Finance Committee of the Board to provide clear, timely financial analysis that informs decision-making and supports the organization’s long-term sustainability.
