Role Outline The Royal Albert Hall is looking for an experienced senior HR practitioner to provide strategic leadership and inspiring management to the People and Culture team and more widely to colleagues across the organisation, ensuring the effective delivery and enhancement of all people-related activity. This is the most senior role in the organisation for an HR professional / specialist. This role is central to shaping a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture, while supporting the Hall’s strategic ambitions.
