About the position
The Marketing and eCommerce Data Analyst is a hands-on data-driven role designed to optimize omni-channel retail and e-commerce marketing efforts. This role analyzes information from multiple sources working with the team to identify key insights, and craft compelling data stories that drive strategic business decisions. This position will be hybrid with 3 days in the office (M-W).
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain sophisticated reporting, dashboards, and visualizations using SQL, Power BI, and Excel to track marketing campaign performance and customer behavior.

• Analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, paid media, and digital efforts, to measure performance metrics such as response rates, conversion rates, ROI, and customer retention.
