This individual will oversee and grow our internal network of travel agent partners, with a strong focus on deepening engagement and increasing sales through trusted, strategic relationships.
• Strategic Relationship Management: Manage and grow relationships with a large portfolio of travel agents, concierge partners, and agency networks. Develop trust and loyalty through regular virtual meetings, education, and sales support.
• Partner Activation & Revenue Growth: Develop tailored engagement strategies to activate new and dormant agent accounts using data insights. Drive agent-led sales to meet revenue goals through a consultative, partnership-first approach.
