1. Strategic Leadership
• Own La global P&L, ensuring that revenue, profitability, and growth targets are set & achieved.
• Develop and execute the global e-commerce business plan, in close collaboration with local markets, to drive sales and align with La Prairie’s overall business strategy.
• Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for digital market expansion, ensuring scalability and long-term growth.
• Set financial and operational KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership to ensure performance meets expectations.
2. Commercial Strategy & Customer Experience
• Deliver a seamless and luxurious online experience that aligns with La Prairie’s brand values and elevates customer engagement.
