Job Description: The Role The Campus Relationship & Engagement Lead is the primary contact for clients across a number of universities who are working with Fidelity to provide financial education, resources and digital tools to their students (Fidelity Financial Forward for Universities). The Director responsible establishing relationships with these clients, addressing any questions or concerns, and sharing their feedback with internal partners. Working together, this role will develop strategies & deliver effective multi-channel programs that lead to utilization of the offering and meet the goals of both the client and Fidelity.
