Ideal candidates will have a strong background in oil and gas law, with expertise in providing legal advice and support on a wide range of energy-related matters. Responsibilities: • Advise clients on regulatory compliance matters related to oil and gas exploration, production, and transportation, including environmental regulations, permitting requirements, and land use issues. • Draft and negotiate a variety of oil and gas agreements, including leases, joint operating agreements, purchase and sale agreements, processing agreements and pipeline contracts. • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local government laws and regulations.
