The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the BD and sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Growth: Drive sales by negotiating favourable terms with potential partners and maximising exposure of products in various distribution channels.
• Sales Leadership Potential: If incumbent delivers good performance, there is potential for the incumbent to lead sales and BD for the Company’s expansion into other markets.
• Partnership Development: Establish strategic partnerships with retail outlets, boutiques, and fitness studios to stock our swimwear and activewear.
• Stockist Onboarding: Develop potential stockists across Malaysia, ensuring smooth onboarding and providing support to new stockists.
