Plan A est un chef de file dans le développement immobilier qui offre des espaces locatifs de premier choix, à la fois des appartements et condo dans le secteur résidentiel et des espaces commerciaux. Principales responsabilités : • Prendre en charge les visites du condo modèle du début à la fin : appel des locataires potentiels pour confirmer la visite, visite complète (répondre aux questions, fournir l'information) et gestion de l'expérience ainsi que les suivis après la visite. • Atteindre des objectifs de signatures mensuellement en misant sur des techniques de ventes vues lors de la formation. • Prendre en charge la portion administrative de la signature du bail (documents à obtenir du locataire et documents à remplir et faire signer par le nouveau locataire) . • Gérer et mettre à jour les données client dans le système de CRM (notes au dossier, mise à jour du statut de la visite et du lead). • Maintien des connaissances suite à la formation sur les techniques de vente, la portio ...
